Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)
In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google web fonts (http://google.com/webfonts). Google web fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – currently unclear whether and if so for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.
Duration for which your personal data is stored
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the deadline has expired, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required to fulfill or initiate a contract.
If the legal requirements are met, you have the right to information, correction, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, revocation of your consent and objection.
You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated. In Austria, the responsible supervisory authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB).
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration if necessary, in order to always comply with the current legal requirements or to comply with changes to our service portfolio in the data protection declaration. The new data protection declaration that you accept by using our website then applies to your next visit.
